Since in 1975 Weihai Chemical Device Co., Ltd. Is the first well know company in China to study & develop and manufacture magnetic drive reactor. There are 55 senior and middle rank technician work in the company which covers 18400M2 area with 20.5 million RMB of Capital asserts. It have obtained manufacture license of ARⅠ--Ⅲclass pressure vessel in 2000 issued by the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision as well as the design certificate of RSP CCIEAⅢ--04068Ⅲclass pressure vessel in 2001 issued by Bureau of Inspectorate for Boilers and Pressure Vessel under the State Bureau of Technical Supervision and Inspection & Quarantine. In order to have a completely system from study, design, and manufacture the pressure vessel, the design research institute of weihai chemical device co., ltd have been set up, which developing many advanced new products in this filed, and being the center of technology developing appointed by Shandong province. Being more attention to the quality of the products and carrying out modern quality control completely, the company have enjoyed a high reputation and obtained the certificate of ISO9001，Awarded ASME certificate of authorization慤抜n may.2004 . The products have been selling well in China markets and exporting to Iran , Korea, Brazil, Indonesia as well as Hongkong, Taiwan.

The main products of the company were high pressure magnetic drive reactor, storage tank, heat-exchanger, tower and non-gradient reactor etc. The technical data of the products including capacity (100mL?0000mL), temperature (-40-400), structure, pressure (-1?0Mpa), method of heating, type of stirring will be at customer's option. The material adopted were stainless, carbon , titanium, nickel, monel, hastelloy, zirconium and tantalum steel etc. Utilized the theory of explosive welding, some

expensive metallic plate can be composite with inexpensive metallic plate such as 16MnR, the company established explosive metallic composite plate processing base in the beginning of 2003, so the cheapness material-- metallic composite plate can be got to manufacture anti-corrosion chemical equipments which is reducing the cost of more then 1/3 -- 2/3 to formerly cost. The chemical equipments made of explosive metallic composite plate were widely used in chlorination route, alkali, chem.-petroleum, pharmacy, pesticide, dye etc. industry.

Nowadays, the company contracts to process the explosive metallic composite plate, solve the problem of

sealing, refit the old equipments as well as delivery the magnetic coupling assembly for the customer.
